Primellose is used as a super disintegrant for various tablet and capsule formulations. It is effective in combination with both insoluble and soluble filler-binders at concentrations of 2% w/w - 6% w/w. It is used in both direct compression and dry/wet granulation and in both intragranular and/or granular parts. |
